Plan Events

The message board can be opened to the entire club membership, providing another source of information updates.

The duty section of the website lists the date, duty, and name of the responsible party.  Emails can be sent from this page to remind members of their upcoming responsibilities.  Simply click “send it” and the member receives a reminder email. This is a great way to confirm duties for an upcoming event and ensure workers are aware of their approaching duties.    

Survey   check

Feedback empowers leaders. The survey feature enables leaders to collect member’s views on a specific topic.

Event Registration simplifies the process of registration for club members and staff. Online registration allows members to reserve their place for special events.

Club members can create an email article requesting an RSVP. The member creates the response options for the interest group recipient to choose. Examples include: I will attend, I will attend and bring a dessert, I will not be able to attend this time, etc.

Club events can be added to the public calendar. Public events are visible to the entire club membership.

Report

Once a member is logged in, they are able to view an online directory. The Directory is an alphabetical listing of members including their picture, birthday, address, plus additional information.

Each club member can be assigned a classification within the organization. Reports can be printed to show the club’s classification list as well as how many members are in each classification.

This reporting feature allows the club leaders to print a seniority list based on each members joined date.

Club leaders have the ability to print an alphabetical listing of club members showing each member’s birthday, phone number, and address.

Club leaders can print an alphabetical listing of each club member’s wedding anniversary, spouse’s name, address, and phone number.

An alphabetical list of member’s personal and work emails can be printed by club leaders.

The Duty List displays a current list of club officers, directors, and activity heads.

The Member Information report displays an alphabetical list of club members including their personal and work information, hobbies, photo, joined date, plus additional information.

There are sixteen different security levels in the website.  Each level can be granted access to different information.  Security levels are defined by the club president. Club members are classified into roles such as member, committee head, or officer. Based on their classification, they are granted access to different areas of the website.

Record keeping is done by positive or negative attendance.  An attendance worksheet as well as an attendance report can be printed from the site.  A bar code reader can be used to enter the member's ID to save time. 

Simplify

This is a list of all club member profiles within an interest group. This feature provides easy access to the group’s message board, activity report and leader report.

The member notes area provides a place where directors, committees, and members can make notes. This information is only available to those that have been granted permission based on their security role.

A notification message can be sent to club leaders regarding members in their interest group.  Examples of follow up include:  contact in one week, contact as needed, new prospect, transfer to different club, etc.

Because data is continuously being gathered, analytical reports can be produced at anytime. Detailed traffic reports such as the average number of hits per day, hour, and minute are readily available by clicking on the statistics icon.

Club members or administrators have the ability to update the content of the website.  This can be done from any computer once they are logged in to the site. 

Club members can schedule private appointments which are only visible to them.

Personalized menus make information easy to access.  A club member’s menu will vary  based on their security role and interest groups.

By clicking on “notifications” members can quickly view a list of the newest information posted on the website. Today’s birthdays, along with new messages and new images will be listed.

Connect

When the newsletter is complete, it can be emailed to the club membership.  This is a money saving feature, as many members prefer an electronic newsletter over a paper version.  

If a member has enrolled to receive text messages, a message can be sent to that individual by going to their profile and clicking on the cell phone icon.  Group text messaging is also another time saving feature sure to benefit officers and committee heads. 

This message board is available to club members of a specific interest group.  Only members within the interest group will be able to view this blog.

Share an activity calendar with club members in a specific interest group. Only members of this interest group will be able to view the activities on the calendar.

Each club member has a message board where members can post messages to other members.   Messages can be tagged as private allowing only the person posting and the recipient to view the message.  If not tagged as private, anyone who visits the message board can view the post and make a comment.  Members receive an email notification and/or text message when a post has been made to their message board.

This allows for the sorting of users into directories based on membership, club affiliation, job type or duty, and many others.

Share

Photos from club activities can be displayed for all members to enjoy. Photos are stored in albums making it easy to view a particular event.

Photos can be shared with other club members by uploading to my photos.  This gives members an opportunity to share events with others. 

Club members can generate articles related to their interest group by clicking on “articles”, then “add interest group articles”. This feature is useful for getting information out to members. Social events or schedule changes can quickly be relayed to numerous contacts by sending one article.

Profiles are self managed. Club members have the ability to upload their own profile picture giving instant personalization to their profile. Additional photos can also be shared by uploading in My Photos. Members can create their own network of friends directly linking them for easy communication

Communicate

Newsletters can be created and viewed on the website.  This is a money saving feature that reduces cost in postage and printing.  When the newsletter is completed, notification emails are sent to those members who have elected to receive their newsletter electronically.  Archiving allows viewing past newsletters in a centralized location.

Podcasts of speeches and special presentations can be listened to online. Streaming allows club members to immediately begin playing audio or video. There is no wait time for the file to download. Members also have the ability to fast forward or rewind to any portion of the media.

Media tags can be easily added to articles. This enables audio and video viewing from within an article.

Club members receive notification of additions on the website through RSS feeds.

When creating articles, words can be highlighted to hyperlink members to another page within the website. This is a helpful tool to redirect users to more information.
